One Year Workmanship – After you occupy your home, we will
continue to work with you to make sure your satisfaction has
been met. All our products and labor come with a 1 year warranty
which includes two visits; one is scheduled 30 days after you
move in and the second is scheduled at the end of the first
year. This second visit allows us to make sure our product is
free of defects and ensures customer satisfaction. This warranty
covers issues such as water leaks, sheetrock cracks, plumbing
